Takara Tomy Arts has announced that the “2026 Sanrio Character Awards Sparkling Twin Charms” will go on sale on October 26, 2026! Characters that ranked in the top 20 of this year’s Sanrio Character Awards will be featured as sparkling glitter twin charms (20 varieties total, distributed randomly), each containing two pieces of candy, and will be available in the candy aisles of mass retailers nationwide.

The “Mochiwasa Day Collaboration Cafe,” based on the series “Mochiwasa Day” that depicts the daily lives of four cats and their owner, will be held at S-PiCK CAFE in Harajuku from November 3 to November 29, 2026. Here, we’ll introduce the full lineup of eight collaboration menu items themed around Mochi, Chikuwa, Warabi, and Satsuma, along with bonus items such as placemats and coasters, nine types of original merchandise, and how to make a reservation.

A collaboration between the movie *Godzilla -0.0*, set to be released on November 3, 2026, and “Sekai no Yama-chan” has been announced, exclusively in Aichi Prefecture. From November 1 through 15, the collaboration menu item “Black MIX Ice -0.0” will be available at participating locations in Aichi Prefecture, and customers who order it will receive one limited-edition sticker!

Furyu’s “Kirby” prize series “Kirby★Diary,” Volume 4: “okaimono,” will be rolling out to amusement facilities nationwide starting in late October 2026! Character merchandise featuring the logo and packaging of Lotte’s disposable hand warmer “Hokaron” will go on sale at Avail stores nationwide starting October 31, 2026. HoYoverse’s open-world RPG *Genshin Impact* will open its first official permanent café, “Genshin CAFE,” on January 20, 2027, on the 3rd floor of Yurakucho Marui in Tokyo. A collaboration café for the TV anime *Forgotten Battery*, based on the baseball manga by Eiko Mikawa currently serialized in *Shonen Jump+*, will be held at all three “Shareri CAFE” locations—Harajuku, Shinsaibashi, and Nagoya—starting December 25, 2026. Here, we’ll introduce the details of the five newly drawn illustrations—inspired by a lunch break on a rooftop—as well as the event dates, operating hours for each location, and the online sales period for merchandise.

A collaboration café titled “PASTEL POP PARFAIT,” a joint project between the anime “Hetalia World★Stars”—based on the original work by Hidekazu Himaruya featuring anthropomorphic characters representing various countries—and mixx garden, will be held at the Ikebukuro and Osaka Nipponbashi locations from November 13 to December 13, 2026. The event will feature newly illustrated chibi characters wearing pastel-colored visors and holding parfait spoons, and will operate on a reservation-only basis every day.

The collaboration café “Tokyo Revengers Café in E-DINER -Bar Bonten-,” based on the hit TV anime “Tokyo Revengers” adapted from the manga by Ken Wakui, will be held at the E-DINER Ikebukuro Main Store from October 20 to November 8, 2026. Here, we’ll introduce collaboration food and drinks inspired by the eight members of Bonten, special coaster giveaways, a lottery exclusive to dine-in customers, 12 merchandise items also available at E-Ani in Osaka, and the days when reservations are required for dine-in seating.

The first large-scale exhibition for the light novel series “Date A Live” by Kōji Tachibana, titled “Date A Live Exhibition: Spirit Memorial,” will be held from April 9 to April 25, 2027, at Exhibition Hall A in Sunshine City, Ikebukuro, Tokyo. "STRICT-G," an apparel shop inspired by the "Gundam" series, and “HiKESHi SPiRiT” will host the “HiKESHi SPiRiT × STRICT-G POPUP SHOP” starting October 31, 2026, at HiKESHi SPiRiT Asakusa Store No. 1 and HiKESHi SPiRiT Otokumi in Asakusa, Tokyo! The event will feature the Fall/Winter 2026 collection for *Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM*—the first installment of the new “STRICT-G RUNWAY” project—as well as collaborative merchandise from “STRICT-G JAPAN” and “HiKESHi SPiRiT.” A collaboration café is also scheduled to open at HiKESHi SPiRiT Otonomi.

DomDom Hamburger’s pop-up shop, “DOMDOM POPUP SHOP at Futaba Books,” will kick off on November 7, 2026, at the Futaba Books TSUTAYA TERA Aeon Mall Fukuoka store, and will then tour a total of four Futaba Books locations in Fukuoka and Hiroshima Prefectures!
