“Chiropino Quest!! ~An Adventure Journey with You~,” a pop-up shop by the male-female gaming commentary YouTube duo “Chiropino,” is coming to four locations nationwide!
Starting November 6, 2026, at Marui no Anime on the 7th floor of Shibuya Moddy, the tour will travel to Nagoya Global Gate, Hakata Marui, and Umeda LUCUA South. The event will feature sales of original merchandise themed around their original song “Futari Quest!”, their first-ever meet-and-greet sessions, and a raffle for shoppers.

“Chiropino Quest!! ~An Adventure Journey with You~,” a pop-up shop by the mixed-gender gaming commentary YouTuber duo “Chiropino,” will tour four venues nationwide: Tokyo, Aichi, Fukuoka, and Osaka.
The event is themed around their original song “Futari Quest!” and will feature sales of original merchandise, venue decorations, and raffle events. It kicks off on November 6, 2026, at Marui no Anime on the 7th floor of Shibuya Moddy, and and will then travel to Nagoya Global Gate, Hakata Marui, and Umeda LUCUA South.

At Shibuya Moddy, the “Koncha! Chiro-Pino’s First Greeting (Lottery-Based Photo Session)” where you can meet the “Chiro-ru” and “Pino” mascot characters. The schedule is as follows: November 7 from 2:00 PM for “Chiro-ru” and 4:00 PM for “Pino,” and November 8 from 2:00 PM for “Pino” and 4:00 PM for “Chiro-ru.”
©tiropinoEligibility is limited to visitors who obtain a reserved admission ticket for the designated time slot of each session and make a purchase of 8,000 yen or more (including tax) at the pop-up shop on the day of the event. Present your purchase receipt at the raffle counter to enter the drawing; 40 pairs will be invited for each session.
Eligible reserved admission tickets are as follows: for the “Chiroru” appearance session starting at 2:00 PM on November 7, tickets issued between 11:10 AM and 1:00 PM on November 7; and for the “Pino” session starting at 16:00 on November 7: admission tickets valid from 11:10 AM to 1:30 PM on November 7; the “Pino” session starting at 14:00 on November 8: admission tickets valid from 11:10 AM to 1:30 PM on November 8; and the “Chiroru” appearance session scheduled for November 8 at 4:00 PM will be for admission tickets valid from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM on November 8.
Photography is limited to two poses per winning entry for one group (up to three people), and you must bring your own camera. Dates and times for greetings held at venues other than Shibuya Moddy will be announced on each facility’s official X account.
Purchase-Based Raffle
During the event period, a purchase-based raffle will be held, allowing one entry for every 3,000 yen (tax included) spent. If you pay with an EPOS Card at checkout or present your EPOS Card when paying in cash, you’ll receive one additional entry into the raffle.

Admission to Shibuya Moddy from November 6 through November 8 will be on a reservation-based ticket system (first-come, first-served) using the LINE app. Advance reservations can be made starting at 12:00 PM on October 30 until 10 minutes before each entry time slot, and will close once slots for each time slot are filled.
Starting November 9, free entry is scheduled to begin at opening time; however, depending on crowd conditions, entry tickets may be distributed or entry restrictions may be implemented. Business hours are 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Shibuya Modii, Hakata Marui, and Umeda LUCUA South, and 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Nagoya Global Gate; these hours differ from the facilities’ regular business hours. Admission procedures for Nagoya Global Gate, Hakata Marui, and Umeda LUCUA South will be announced at a later date.
