Products sold at the POP UP SHOP are scheduled to be available for purchase after the event via the MEDICOS ONLINE SHOP. The bonus clear bookmarks will also be included with these post-event purchases. How to Enter the “Hetalia World★Stars POP UP SHOP”

At the Tokyo venue, to alleviate crowding, a randomized lottery entry system will be implemented on the first day, October 31, 2026. Entry numbers may also be limited on days other than the designated date.

Numbered tickets will be distributed from 10:00 to 10:10 in front of MEDICOS SHOP Shibuya (MAGNET by SHIBUYA109, 5F). Depending on the crowd situation on the day, numbers may be distributed near the stairs on the 5th floor. Admission times are determined regardless of the number distribution time—not on a first-come, first-served basis—so organizers advise that there is no benefit to lining up before the distribution time. Visitors are also asked to refrain from waiting at other facilities or locations before the distribution time.

The admission order will be announced around 10:30 a.m. on X under “MEDICOS Entertainment_General,” and admission for the first time slot begins at 10:45 a.m. Each numbered ticket allows for one entry and one transaction, and the ticket will be collected at checkout. The numbered ticket guarantees entry but does not guarantee the purchase of merchandise; if a single person receives multiple tickets, they may be denied entry. Once all visitors with numbered tickets have entered, the event will switch to open admission.

Admission procedures for the Osaka venue are outlined on the Abeno Rakubus special website.

Please note that attendees at both venues are asked to refrain from wearing cosplay or clothing that could be interpreted as cosplay; entry may be denied if you are deemed to be in such attire. Payment methods other than cash are listed on the official website, so please check them before visiting.
