“Disney” and “Pixar” “Marvel” and “Star Wars”—a major shopping event bringing these brands together, “Disney THE MARKET 2026 at JR Kyoto Isetan,” is set to take place from September 16 to October 5, 2026, at the Event Hall on the 10th floor of JR Kyoto Isetan! A wide variety of event-exclusive merchandise will be available, including a pre-release of “Mini Cosplay Charms,” and the full lineup of merchandise is being updated regularly on the official website.

Sound! Euphonium: Euphonium Tea House Opens September 11!

The “Hibike! Euphonium Chaya” collaboration café, based on the TV anime “Hibike! Euphonium” produced by Kyoto Animation and adapted from the novel by Ayano Takeda, will open simultaneously at four locations nationwide—Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Hiroshima—starting September 11, 2026. This event commemorates the release of the second part of the theatrical film *Resonance! Euphonium: Final Movement*, and will feature original “Japanese-style café ver.” illustrations created by Kyoto Animation.

“The Pointed Hat Atelier” Store Opens at Loft 6 on September 5!

The “POP UP STORE in Loft” for the TV anime *Atelier of the Pointed Hat* will kick off on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at Kichijoji Loft, and will then tour a total of six locations—including Hiroshima, Namba, Sakae, Kyoto, and Sendai!
The lineup of exclusive merchandise includes six types of acrylic stands featuring newly drawn illustrations themed around a pajama party, tapestries, and clear files with newly drawn mini-character designs. For every purchase of 2,000 yen or more (tax included), customers will receive one randomly selected mini-bromide from a set of seven newly drawn designs.

Details Revealed for the “Super Princess Kaguya!” × HUB Collaboration! Taking Place at All 8 Locations Starting September 18

Details have been revealed for the collaboration between the movie *Super Princess Kaguya!* and the British-style pub chain HUB, and the lineup of all nine collaboration menu items and nine limited-edition merchandise items has been unveiled. With the addition of the HUB Meieki 4-chome branch, the total number of participating locations is now eight. The event will run from September 18 to October 4, 2026, and reservations will begin on September 8 at 2:00 PM.

Maltese & Retriever “Morureto Gourmet” Event in Tokyo and Kyoto on September 7!

The “Morureto Gourmet” pop-up store featuring Maltese and Retriever characters will open on Monday, September 7, 2026, at the Calendarium on the 1st floor of Yurakucho Marui, and on Thursday, September 17, at the north side of Porta Plaza in Kyoto Porta. This is Marui’s first pop-up store featuring Molcheese and Retrievers working at a restaurant. The event will offer a wide variety of attractions, including event-exclusive merchandise—such as plush toys and mascots modeled after popular menu items like ramen and pudding—as well as purchase-bonus pin badges, clear cards for EPOS Card members, and even a photo session where you can take pictures with the two characters.

From the “Disney SWEETS COLLECTION by Tokyo Banana,” a new “White Chocolate Sandwich” dessert themed after *The Nightmare Before Christmas* will go on sale starting Friday, September 4, 2026! In addition to an 8-piece pack featuring Jack and Zero and a special tin (12 pieces) depicting Jack and Sally standing on Full Moon Hill, a total of five original merchandise items—including a shoulder bag, a pouch, and a stainless steel mug—themed after the ghost dog “Zero” will also be released simultaneously.

The limited-time “STAR WARS POP UP STORE” will be held at the event hall on the 10th floor of JR Kyoto Isetan from Wednesday, August 12, 2026, through Monday, August 24, 2026. The store will feature new products, including ice cream featuring C-3PO and R2-D2 designs, as well as apparel and merchandise from the latest film, *Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu*, and collectible items such as the Royal Selangor figurine chess set. Members-only purchase gifts will also be available.
