Rei Hyoutaka, the child of a demon god, stands against Kuroba Momoin, who treats demons cruelly.
In the heat of battle, Rei falls into Kuroba’s trap and lets him escape by a hair’s breadth.
Meanwhile, Shiki engages in a life-or-death battle at the auction venue against Fuyuo Momo, a member of the Momotaro Agency’s “Most Vicious Generation.”
Though the two share the same goal, Tōgo shows absolutely no willingness to understand Shiki.
Realizing that Tōgo won’t listen to her unless she proves her strength, Shiki throws herself into the battle with every ounce of her being.
However, Tōgo’s attack ends up triggering Shiki’s rampage…!?

Synopsis of the Previous Volume (Details on the Previous Volume, Vol. 30)
Shiki and Rei Hyoutaka have been taken to a pharmaceutical company.
Simply because they are “Children of the Demon God,” the two are forced to undergo dangerous experiments.
Rei accepts the “death” that awaits them at the end of these horrific experiments, while Shiki believes her friends will surely come to their rescue.
Just then, Byōbugaura appears and rescues the two of them.
While escaping the pharmaceutical company, Shiki and Byobuura encounter a man who claims to know the previous Enjin, and he tells them about the existence of an “ancient manuscript.”
Meanwhile, Rokuro and Mizutori, who had been captured at the auction venue, are rescued by Shiki and Byobuura.
Later, as Byōbugaura flees with Rokuro and Mizutori, the threat of Momoin Kuroba and Hakuba looms before them!?
