Entry to the Pop-Up Shop
During the three-day original merchandise sale from Friday, October 2, to Sunday, October 4, entry will be restricted to specific time slots via an advance reservation system to help alleviate crowding. Details regarding entry are subject to change due to various circumstances.
How to Apply for Advance Entry Reservations
Advance entry reservations are scheduled to open on a first-come, first-served basis via the ticket reservation service “livepocket” starting at 6:00 PM on Friday, September 18. A free livepocket registration is required to apply.

Please note the following when applying:
・You may apply for only one time slot per person; multiple applications cannot be submitted at once.
・Each person is limited to one checkout per day; even if you hold tickets for different time slots, you may be refused checkout.
・If any fraudulent activity is detected, you may be denied entry
・Advance reservations do not guarantee the purchase of any items; items may be sold out depending on conditions on the day of the event
Online Ticket System and On-Site Entry Process
Those who have made an entry reservation will have their online ticket verified on their own smartphone.
On the day of the event, you must present the QR code from your online ticket via the LivePocket-Ticket app or a web browser; it will then be verified on a staff member’s device.
Please note that you cannot enter the POP UP SHOP using a printed online ticket (QR code) cannot be used for entry.
You must arrive at the POP UP SHOP by the entry time listed on your online ticket. Since your online ticket will be verified (ticketing) upon entry, you must bring your own smartphone.
・You will not be admitted if you arrive after your designated entry time.
・Depending on crowd levels inside the store, you may have to wait to enter.
・The web ticket is valid only for the date and entry time specified on it; the entry date or time cannot be changed at the customer’s request.
・Under no circumstances will the online ticket be reissued (including in cases of lost, damaged, or deleted mobile phone data).
・Each online ticket is valid for one-time entry by the single registered user listed on it; re-entry after use is not permitted.
・If the shop or facility is closed due to unavoidable circumstances—such as natural disasters, the spread of infectious diseases, or unforeseen accidents—the online ticket for that date will become invalid (no replacement tickets will be issued, and no compensation will be provided for transportation or lodging expenses).
Regarding Accompanying Guests
Parents accompanying young children, parents with preschool-aged children, and companions of individuals with physical disabilities must notify staff on-site on the day of their visit.
If you wish to bring a preschooler or young child into the store, you must register under the parent’s name, and the parent who registered must be present in person on the day of the visit.
・In all cases, only one accompanying person is permitted. Payment can be made only once, and for items subject to purchase limits, only one item per person may be purchased.
・Elementary and middle school students who do not own a smartphone or tablet may still be accompanied into the store using the smartphone of an accompanying person.

・Customers are advised to refrain from visiting if they are feeling unwell on the day of their visit.
・Customers are asked to cooperate by keeping their shopping time to a minimum.
・Customers are asked to maintain a certain distance from other customers inside the store.
