“Is the Moon Out?”—From the TV anime *Mobile Suit Gundam X (GX)*, which is currently rolling out a series of 30th-anniversary projects, a new commemorative item—” Layered Graph “—is now available!
True to its name, the piece features a structure where transparent acrylic is layered over a paulownia wood-framed canvas, allowing you to enjoy two distinct artworks: the “30th Anniversary Launch Visual” and the “30th Anniversary Key Visual.”
Each piece is priced at 9,900 yen (tax included) and comes with a serial number. The release is scheduled for Friday, March 26, 2027.
Pre-orders are now being accepted through the collaboration café’s online store, “Anime Store.JP (Anist),” until January 6, 2026!
Limited-edition “Layered Graph” art featuring a commemorative visual of Garrod & Tifa
The greatest appeal of this item is the three-dimensional effect unique to “Layered Graph,” which sets it apart from paper posters and the like.
The layered structure—featuring canvas stretched over a wooden frame and an acrylic plate floating in the foreground—creates a sense of depth and a luxurious texture in the illustration.
The design features two variations: the “Start Visual” and the “Key Visual,” both newly released to celebrate the 30th anniversary.
The “Start Visual,” unveiled in April 2026, depicts Garrod and Tifa standing on a water’s surface reflecting moonlight, both gazing in the same direction. It is a striking visual featuring the face of Gundam X prominently placed alongside the moon in the background.

The “Key Visual” is a stunning, newly drawn illustration by character designer Seihō Nishimura and mechanical designer Jun’ya Ishigaki, released to coincide with the Mid-Autumn Full Moon on September 25. It features Tifa and Garrod, with the Gundam X in the background, making for a striking image.
