“Card Soft Cookies,” a collaboration food toy featuring the anime series “Rilakkuma” and “Haikyū!!,” will go on sale at retail stores nationwide starting in January 2027. The set includes a total of 24 varieties of clear cards and metallic plastic cards featuring Rilakkuma and friends alongside characters like Shōyō Hinata and Tobio Kageyama!
Bright Link is set to release the “Ebi FLY Clear Marker Collection,” a capsule toy featuring Ebi Fry equipped with wings and jets. Scheduled to go on sale in January 2027, the lineup features five types of Ebi Fry—Airplane, Wings, Dragon, Jet, and Butterfly—all depicted taking flight!
The Shizuoka leg of the “All Super Sentai Exhibition,” a commemorative exhibition marking the 50th anniversary of the “Super Sentai” series, is set to open on December 26, 2026, at the Shimizu Cultural Center Marinaut in Shizuoka City. The exhibition will feature approximately 500 items, including props and costumes actually used in filming, offering a retrospective of the series spanning the Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras!
Bright Link is releasing “Wiggly Nose Lantern ZOO: Landmark Collection,” a capsule toy series featuring animals whose nose lanterns have grown so large that they’ve floated away. The first collaboration between the TV anime “Detective PreCure!” and the Real Escape Game, titled “The Treasure Chest Has Disappeared!? The Mystery from the Phantom Thieves,” will be held sequentially starting November 27 in Kichijoji and at Hirakata Park. Join Detective PreCure in solving the mystery of the missing treasure chest in this hands-on game!
The Kyoto Tango Railway and “Cinnamoroll” are teaming up for the “A Gentle, Lulling Stroll Through Maritime Kyoto” event, which begins on November 1. The event will feature the operation of a specially wrapped train called the “Cinnamoroll Gentle, Lulling Stroll Train,” the sale of one-day passes with special perks, and a digital stamp rally!
Takara Tomy Arts’ gacha brand “Panda no Ana” is set to release “Wanwan Oden” landmark gacha mascots—featuring dogs that have become oden ingredients—in January 2027. The lineup includes all 5 varieties: egg, daikon radish, mochi, chikuwa, and konjac!
To commemorate the broadcast of the sequel to the drama “Gentle Waves, A Couple’s Good Day,” the “Drama ‘Gentle Waves, A Couple’s Good Day’ POP-UP STORE at Loft” will kick off on October 15, 2026, at the Shinjuku 3-chome Loft, followed by locations in Umeda, Fukui, Sakae, and Hiroshima! The store will feature acrylic stands of Natsumi and Takimasa, tin magnets available exclusively at Loft, mascots of Risumi and Kumamasa, and items featuring Peko-chan and Poko-chan. JR Tokai’s collaboration between “Oshi Tabi” and “Sumikko Gurashi” will run from November 2, 2026, to January 31, 2027. Passengers on the Tokaido Shinkansen can receive a total of six types of AR photo frames and original smartphone wallpapers. A pop-up shop for the theatrical anime “Hyakuemu,” based on the original work by Utoyo, will be held at MEDICOS SHOP Shinjuku in Tokyo starting November 6, 2026, and at Abeno Rakubasu in Osaka starting January 29, 2027! New merchandise, including large acrylic stands and pin badges featuring newly drawn illustrations of Togashi and Komiya—one from his working adult years and one from his elementary school days—holding bouquets, will be available. An exhibition of original artwork by Hiroko Natsuno, titled “Hiroko Natsuno Exhibition,” will be held at Yurakucho Marui in Tokyo starting November 28, 2026. The exhibition will feature original artwork spanning 10 years from three works—*25:00, in Akasaka*, *A Love That Knows No Winter*, and *About an Arab Song*—all of which have been adapted into TV dramas. It will also be held in Kyoto starting January 8, 2027!
The stage play *Phoenix: Future Chapter*, based on Osamu Tezuka’s *Phoenix: Future Chapter*, will run from February 6 to 8, 2027, at the Sakura Hall in the Shibuya Ward Cultural Center Owada. Seven main cast members, including Juta Yuki as Masato, will appear in the production, and tickets are scheduled to go on sale on October 16, 2026!
