As part of the “You meet siinamota” project commemorating the 10th anniversary of the passing of Vocaloid producer Shiina Mota, a pop-up store and collaboration café have been announced.

The pop-up store will open on October 17, 2026, on the 5th floor of Fandom Akiba, and the collaboration café will open sequentially starting October 30 at three SMILE BASE CAFE locations.

As part of a 10th-anniversary project centered on the concept of “encountering Shiina Mota through ‘Shoujo A,’” the launch of a POP-UP STORE and COLLABORATION CAFE has been announced. Details on new merchandise and collaboration menu items will be released in stages.

Mota Shiina, born in Ishikawa Prefecture in 1995, is a Vocaloid producer also known by the alias PowaPowaP. She began producing music in her second year of junior high school and gained popularity with the “Strobe” series, including “Strobe Last.” Even after his passing in July 2015 at the age of 20, his works continue to be enjoyed, and his signature song “Shoujo A” has surpassed 7.5 billion cumulative views, including user-generated content (UGC).

The pop-up store will be held for two days on the 5th floor of Fandom Akiba in Akihabara. Admission is free, so you can stop by without a reservation.
