How to Make a Reservation at Ikebukuro Building 2

Reservations are made via the GiGO app up to 8 days before your desired visit date. This is a lottery-based reservation system; spots are not allocated on a first-come, first-served basis but are determined by a lottery held at a later date.

On days when seats are available, “Digi-Chime” numbered tickets will be distributed for same-day seating.
