These are Yadon and its evolved form, Yadran. Yadran is sculpted with a Shellder clinging to its tail. These are also the ball chain versions.

Pokémon “Pinch and Connect Mascots 16” Crab Clasp Ver. – 5 Figures

The “Crab Clip” version features a crab-clip attachment, and the set includes all five of these figures. Since the attachment is hook-shaped, you can attach them directly to bag handles and other similar places.
