A SPECIAL POP-UP event titled “MY HERO ACADEMIA T-shirts! T-shirts!! ‘2’” for the TV anime “My Hero Academia (HiroAka),” based on the original manga by Kohei Horikoshi, is coming soon!

The anime “My Hero Academia” SPECIAL POP-UP “MY HERO ACADEMIA T-shirts! T-shirts!! ‘2’” will be held at 7 Base Yard Tokyo locations from Wednesday, September 16, 2026 through Wednesday, November 18, 2026.

A new, original visual themed “Gather in T-shirts!” has been unveiled! The highlight is the characters wearing T-shirts featuring unique messages, and the merchandise lineup includes Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugo, Ochako Uraraka, Shoto Todoroki, Shouta Aizawa, and Hawks.

Pop-up events at 4 Animate stores

In addition to the Base Yard Tokyo location, pop-up events have been confirmed at four Animate stores: Sendai, Nagoya, Yokohama Vibre, and Fukuoka Parco! Details such as the event dates are available on Animate’s special event page.

Gratte

at 8 Animate Gratte locations

Gratte will be held from Friday, October 2, 2026, through Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at eight Animate Gratte locations: Ikebukuro Main Store, Shibuya, Kichijoji Parco, Yokohama Vibre, Sendai, Nagoya, Osaka Nipponbashi, and Umeda.

“Trading Acrylic Coasters (6 varieties total)” are available as paid bonuses; customers can purchase one for an additional 500 yen (tax included) per menu item ordered. Latte and cookies will be available at the Ikebukuro Main Store, Yokohama Vivre, Nagoya, and Osaka Nipponbashi locations, while latte, cookies, and ice cream will be available at the Shibuya, Kichijoji Parco, Sendai, and Umeda locations.

Admission will be restricted via a pre-event lottery at the start of the event period

To alleviate crowding, the Harajuku store (formerly Harajuku Naname) and the Shinjuku Lumine Est store will implement a lottery-based admission system using Livepocket from 11:00 AM to approximately 3:00 PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. During this time, only those with pre-registered tickets will be allowed entry.

The application period runs from 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, to 11:59 PM on Sunday, September 6 (Sun) at 11:59 PM; winners will be notified via the email address registered with LivePocket sometime on Monday, September 7. Free admission is scheduled to begin after 3:00 PM, but restrictions may be imposed without prior notice depending on store conditions.
