The event will be held from October 16 to October 25, 2026, at two Tower Records locations—Shibuya and Umeda NU Chayamachi—featuring merchandise based on newly drawn illustrations themed around “kimono-style headphones,” as well as purchase bonuses.

Details of the “Gintama POP UP SHOP in TOWER RECORDS”
Based on the TV anime “Gintama,” created by Hideaki Sorachi, the “Gintama POP-UP SHOP at TOWER RECORDS” will be held from October 16 to October 25, 2026. The event will take place at two locations: the Tower Records Shibuya store and the Umeda NU Chayamachi store. At the Shibuya store, the venue will be the POP-UP SHOP space on the 4th floor.
A new, original illustration themed around “traditional Japanese-style headphones” has been created for this event, and merchandise featuring the illustration will be sold, along with event-exclusive purchase bonuses.

Exclusive Illustration Trading Goods
Three types of trading goods featuring original illustrations are now available: “Trading Glitter Pin Badges,” “Trading Bromides,” and “Trading Compact Clear Sheets”!
The glitter pin badges measure approximately 56 mm in diameter and come in 12 varieties, while the bromides measure approximately 12.7 × 8.9 cm and come in 13 varieties. The compact clear sheets are made of transparent PET material and come in 12 varieties.
BIG Acrylic Keychain & BIG Acrylic Stand
New acrylic goods include the 3mm-thick “BIG Acrylic Keychain” and the “BIG Acrylic Stand,” which stands up to approximately 19.9 cm tall! Both are available in a total of 6 varieties, allowing you to enjoy the newly drawn illustrations in large format.
BIG Pin Badge, A3 Matte Poster, B2 Tapestry
Now available as fun decorative items are the “BIG Pin Badge” (approx. 15.2 cm in diameter), the “A3 Matte Poster” made of matte-coated paper, and the “B2 Tapestry” made of polyester! The lineup includes 6 varieties of the BIG Pin Badge and B2 Tapestry, and 7 varieties of the A3 Matte Poster.
Chibi Character Trading Goods

Purchase Bonus: “Postcards (12 Varieties Total)”
During the event period, for every 2,000 yen (tax included) spent on eligible products in a single transaction at the event venue, you will receive one random event bonus “Postcard (12 varieties total)” will be given out at random. The distribution criteria are based on the total amount per transaction; amounts from multiple transactions cannot be combined. Bonuses are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and will end once supplies run out.
