“Chikawa”—whose endearing, clumsy yet determined spirit as he lives life to the fullest with his friends is truly admirable— (That Little Cute Thing) is opening pop-up stores in Saitama and Tochigi!

From Wednesday, September 16, 2026, through Monday, September 28, 2026, the “Chikawa POP UP STORE” will be held simultaneously at two venues: the 7th-floor event hall at Yagihashi Department Store and the 3rd-floor main event hall at FKD Utsunomiya Store , where the “Chiikawa POP UP STORE” will be held simultaneously, featuring new layered-style socks and goods from the Rhinoceros Beetle series.

Chikawa Pop-Up Store in Kumagaya and Utsunomiya Event Details

Starting Wednesday, September 16, 2026, the “Chiikawa POP UP STORE” will be held simultaneously at two venues: the “Yagihashi Department Store, 7th Floor Event Hall” in Saitama Prefecture and the “FKD Utsunomiya Store, 3rd Floor Main Event Hall” in Tochigi Prefecture!

A wide variety of merchandise featuring visuals of Chikawa, Hachiware, the Rabbit, the Flying Squirrel, Kurimanju, the Sea Otter, Shisa, and the Used Bookstore Gang will be on sale. The event will run at both venues until Monday, September 28.

Please note that admission may be restricted depending on crowd levels. On the first day, Wednesday, September 16, numbered tickets may be distributed based on the line length before opening; the latest information will be posted on the official X (formerly Twitter) account as it becomes available.

Chiikawa Pop-Up Store Merchandise in Kumagaya and Utsunomiya

New “layered-style socks” have been added to the lineup. Available in four designs: Chikawa (beige), Hachiware (gray), Rabbit (yellow) , and Flying Squirrel (Black)—a total of 4 designs, available in sizes 22–24 cm.

Additionally, the “Rhinoceros Beetle” series includes a mascot figure, a rice bowl and spoon set, an acrylic keychain with a charm, and hologram stickers sized for smartphones.

The hologram stickers come in 5 varieties: “MANPUKU,” “Pochapoch,” “GABU!!,” “Yawa…,” and “Dancing.” Please note that purchase limits may change depending on store conditions.
