Details on “Fools, Tests, and Summoned Beasts: POP UP CORNER at Melon Books”
Based on the light novel series by Kenji Inoue, the TV anime “Fools, Tests, and Summoned Beasts” aired its first season in 2010 and its second season in 2011. A “POP UP CORNER in Melon Books” event has been announced!
The event will run from October 2 to October 11, 2026, at two locations: the Melon Books Akihabara Store and the Melon Books Osaka Nipponbashi Store. Merchandise will also be available through the Melon Books online store, where pre-sales began on September 14.
The lineup features a wide variety of items, including acrylic stands and acrylic art boards featuring Mizuki Himeji and Hideyoshi Kinoshita in their “Jersey Maid Ver.” designs, as well as blind-box pin badges, acrylic keychains, and “POPArt” items featuring mini-character designs!

Two types of pin badges are available—Set A and Set B—each featuring a lineup of 13 designs. They are sold as individual items or as complete sets.
Both the acrylic keychains and acrylic cards come in a total of 5 designs each. In addition to the “Jersey Maid Ver.” designs featuring Mizuki Himeji and Hideyoshi Kinoshita, designs based on scenes from the anime series are also included. Since both items are sold as blind packs, you cannot choose the specific design when purchasing.
Acrylic Stands / Acrylic Art Boards (A5 Size)
The acrylic stands come in two varieties featuring Mizuki Himeji and Hideyoshi Kinoshita from the “Jersey Maid Ver.”, each priced at 1,925 yen. They come with a base for display.
The acrylic art boards come in two A5-size designs, each priced at 3,300 yen. The lineup includes a design featuring Mizuki Himeji and Hideyoshi Kinoshita from the “Jersey Maid Ver.” side-by-side, as well as a design using illustrations from the anime series itself!
“POPArt” Merchandise
From the “POPArt” line featuring mini-character designs, pin badges (57mm) and acrylic mini-stands are each available in 7 varieties. Both are sold as blind packs and are available as individual items or as a complete set.
Additionally, the “Premium Acrylic Diorama Plate,” which lets you display characters in various combinations, is also available for 3,850 yen!
Purchase Bonuses for “Fools, Tests, and Summoned Beasts POP UP CORNER at Melon Books”
As a store-exclusive purchase bonus, for every 2,200 yen (tax included) spent on “Fool, Test, and Summoned Beast” merchandise, you’ll receive one random postcard. A total of three postcard designs are planned.
You cannot choose the design, and the bonus is distributed based on the total amount per transaction.
