Touken Ranbu × Castle EXPO in Kumamoto: “Touken Ranbu ONLINE” Collaboration Event Overview
A collaboration with “Touken Ranbu ONLINE” has been announced for the Kumamoto special edition of “Castle EXPO,” a festival for castle enthusiasts held annually in Yokohama since 2016. A collaboration visual featuring six Touken Danshi lined up against the backdrop of Kumamoto Castle has been released.

Touken Ranbu × Castle EXPO in Kumamoto: Touken Danshi Panel Exhibition
In the collaboration corner on the 3rd floor of Kumamoto Castle Hall, we’ve highlighted six Tōken Danshi with ties to Kumamoto and Kumamoto Castle, including “Kasen Kanesada,” associated with the Hosokawa clan, and “Hotarumaru,” associated with Aso Shrine.
Along with introductions to the Tōken Danshi, panels explaining the history and origins of the swords that inspired them will be on display.

Touken Ranbu × Castle EXPO in Kumamoto Collaboration Merchandise
Two original merchandise items commemorating the collaboration—the “Original Castle Seal Sticker” and the “Original Clear File”—are scheduled to go on sale at the venue. Both items are priced at 770 yen (tax included).
10% of the proceeds from the sale of these collaboration goods will be donated to the Reiwa 8 Kumamoto Earthquake Relief Fund.

Touken Ranbu × Castle EXPO in Kumamoto Special Exhibition
On the 3rd floor, a “Special Exhibition Tracing the 400-Year History of Kumamoto Castle” will be held, tracing the castle’s 400-year history through exhibits related to the Kato and Hosokawa families. There will also be exhibits showcasing the restoration of Kumamoto Castle following the Kumamoto Earthquake and its future plans.
In the “Sword Exhibition Corner” within the special exhibition, the famous sword “Kyushu Higo Dōdanuki Fujiwara Masakuni, 12th Day of the Second Month, Auspicious Day,” crafted by Masakuni I, the personal swordsmith of Kato Kiyomasa, will be on display.
