“Machikado Mazoku” Yuko Birthday Store Opens in Shinjuku Starting September 17!

The “Yuko Birthday 2026 POP UP SHOP” for “Machikado Mazoku,” based on the original work by Izumo Ito, is here!

On Thursday, September 17, 2026, , the event will be held at MEDICOS SHOP Shinjuku (Shinjuku Marui Annex, 6F), featuring new merchandise featuring original birthday illustrations, the distribution of bonus mini-cards (4 types total), and a life-size panel giveaway campaign. Due to popular demand, the event has been extended until Wednesday, October 7.

Details of the “Machikado Mazoku” Yuko Birthday 2026 POP UP SHOP

The “Machikado Mazoku” Yuko Birthday 2026 Pop-Up Shop will be held at MEDICOS SHOP Shinjuku (Shinjuku Marui Annex)!

To commemorate Shamiko’s birthday on September 28, a brand-new birthday illustration by Izumo Ito will be featured. At the venue, new merchandise featuring this exclusive illustration will be on sale, and bonus mini-cards (4 varieties total) will be distributed.

Additionally, life-size panels featuring the same illustration will be on display, and a giveaway campaign will be held.

Due to popular demand, the event period has been extended from the originally scheduled end date of Tuesday, September 29, to Wednesday, October 7. From Thursday, September 17, through Tuesday, September 29 (Tue), the event will be held on the 6th floor of Shinjuku Marui Annex; following the shop’s relocation, it will take place on the 2nd floor of the same Annex from October 1 (Thu) through October 7 (Wed).

*The shop will be closed on Wednesday, September 30, due to the relocation.

New merchandise featuring original birthday artwork is now available!

New merchandise featuring birthday-exclusive illustrations will be on sale at the event. The lineup ranges from affordable items like BIG acrylic stands in two sizes and acrylic keychains to B2 tapestries, life-size tapestries, and a collection book that includes a set of pin badges and acrylic cards.

Purchase Limits

Purchase limit: Up to 5 items per type per person per transaction (up to 5 boxes per type for box sets). For random-selection items, purchases are limited to 5 boxes per type for box sets, or up to 5 items per type for individual items. Please note that purchase limits may be subject to change depending on sales conditions, and restrictions may be lifted without prior notice.

We are holding a campaign where one winner will be selected by lottery to receive a life-size panel (1 type total) featuring an original birthday illustration displayed at this event. This is a venue-exclusive promotion; items purchased through post-event online sales are not eligible.

How to Participate / Entry Period

During the campaign period, for every 5,000 yen (tax included) spent on “Machikado Mazoku” merchandise at the venue, you will receive one entry ticket. If your total merchandise purchase is 10,000 yen (tax included) will earn you 2 entry tickets; receipts cannot be combined.

As these are display items, they may have scratches, dents, or stains. Medicos Entertainment will cover the shipping costs for the prizes, and entries are limited to residents of Japan. Furthermore, under no circumstances may these prizes be resold or or transferred to others under any circumstances.

Post-event online sales will be accepted starting at noon on Wednesday, September 30

Items sold at the “Machikado Mazoku” Yuko Birthday 2026 POP UP SHOP will be available for post-event online purchase at the MEDICOS ONLINE SHOP starting at noon on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. A bonus mini card will also be included with post-event online purchases.

Blind-box items are sold only by the box; individual items are not sold separately. Each box contains all available varieties. Post-event online sales are made-to-order rather than limited-quantity, first-come, first-served sales, so if you place your order during the period, you are guaranteed to receive your items.

Admission Procedures and Precautions for Visitors

Free admission is planned for all dates. Depending on crowd levels, admission may be restricted through the distribution of numbered tickets or similar measures. If admission restrictions are implemented, details will be announced on X “Medicos Entertainment_General” (@medicos_et_02) .

Please note that attendees are asked to refrain from wearing cosplay or attire that could be interpreted as cosplay; if deemed appropriate, entry may be denied.
