Based on the globally acclaimed, wildly popular manga by Masashi Kishimoto, the TV anime *NARUTO Shippuden* will feature a *Ichiban Kuji* series themed around one of its most popular arcs, the “Hidan & Kakuzu Arc,” which will go on sale sequentially starting October 26, 2026.
The full lineup has been revealed, featuring MASTERLISE figures of Shikamaru Nara and Asuma Sarutobi—bound by their master-apprentice bond—as well as Hidan and Kakuzu, the immortal duo from “Akatsuki.”

Highlights of Ichiban Kuji NARUTO Shippuden: Hidan & Kakuzu Arc—What Is the Hidan & Kakuzu Arc?
The “Hidan & Kakuzu Arc” is an episode in which Hidan and Kakuzu—the immortal duo from “Akatsuki”—close in on Konoha, drastically altering the fate of Team 10, led by Shikamaru.
After a fierce battle with Hidan, Team 10’s instructor, Asuma Sarutobi, loses his life. Carrying his mentor’s spirit in his heart, Shikamaru, alongside his teammates, sets out to avenge his mentor’s death. Using his signature Shadow Imitation Technique and a meticulously planned strategy, he corners the immortal Hidan. Then, in the battle against Kakuzu, Naruto unleashes his new technique, “Wind Release: Rasengan,” which he perfected through rigorous training. Still beloved today as one of the series’ finest episodes, it moves viewers with Shikamaru’s growth and the “will” he inherited from Asuma.
This Ichiban Kuji features a lineup of the main characters from the Hidan and Kakuzu arc. Placing Prize A’s Shikamaru next to Prize B’s Asuma highlights the bond between mentor and student, while placing Prize C’s Hidan and Prize D’s Kakuzu side by side showcases the presence of Akatsuki’s immortal duo.
