A pop-up event has been announced that will bring together the unique characters created by Chuck Mori, including “Gloomy the Mischievous Bear” and “General-Purpose Rabbit.”

The event is titled “CHAXCORE GATHERIN’ ~Gloomy and His Merry Companions Special~.” It will kick off on Friday, September 18, 2026, at Gallery W in Omotesando, Tokyo, and is scheduled to tour various locations, including Osaka, afterward.

The new “CHAXCORE” series will also make its debut!

At this pop-up event, we’ll also be unveiling the new “CHAXCORE” product series for the first time. “CHAXCORE” is a name created by combining “Chack X” (Chacks)—the collective name for the characters created by Chuck Mori—with “CORE,” representing the core of that world.

This product series expresses the world of Chack X through a variety of items, incorporating ideas and advice from Mr. Chuck Mori. Each item is numbered, and the series is scheduled to continue expanding in the future.

The first release is a mascot series centered on “Gloomy” and “Generic Rabbit.” The “Flexible Mascots,” which allow you to freely pose Gloomy’s arms and legs and Generic Rabbit’s ears, will be available in three colors each!

Additionally, the “Buddy Forme” series, as well as the “Subject:C” series—named after a sample labeled “No. C” that originated from the staff’s playful spirit—will also be available in three colors each!

Signing Sessions and Greeting Events Will Also Be Held!

At the Tokyo venue, a signing event with Chack Mori to commemorate the pop-up, as well as a Gloomy greeting event, will be held.

To be held on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at Gallery W in Omotesando (inside the pop-up store venue). The first session starts at 3:00 PM, and the second session starts at 5:00 PM.

To participate, make a purchase of 4,000 yen or more (including tax) at the venue and tell the cashier, “I’d like to participate in the Mori Chuck signing event.” You will then be given a numbered ticket, which you must bring with you on the day of the signing event (This offer applies to purchases made between September 18 and the day of the event. Limited to the first 25 people per session, for a total of 50 people).

The autograph will be handwritten on one of the following: the bonus mini clear file, your purchased item, or a personal item of your choice.

Gloomy Greeting Event

To be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Gallery W in Omotesando (inside the pop-up store venue). The first session starts at 1:00 PM, and the second at 3:00 PM. with a capacity of 30 people per session. This is an event where Gloomy will appear at the venue, and you can enjoy taking photos together.

Participation tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis starting at opening time (11:00 AM) on the day of the event, with 30 groups per session. Tickets will not be reissued if lost, and they will be distributed at the pop-up store.

Please bring your own camera equipment; staff will take the photos. Depending on the nature of the photos you wish to take, we may not be able to accommodate all requests. Each session is scheduled to last approximately 30–40 minutes. If you cannot arrive within the allotted time, you will not be able to participate.

If you fail to comply with the above rules, do not follow staff instructions, or engage in malicious or disruptive behavior, you may be asked to leave at the discretion of the staff on site, or the meet-and-greet event may be suspended or canceled.

*Signing sessions and meet-and-greets will be held only at the Tokyo venue. Details regarding events at other venues will be announced as soon as they are finalized.
