Chiikawa Park “Halloween” Decorations and Photo Spots
The entrance and the first-floor shopping area will be adorned with Halloween-themed decorations. Lighting, flags, and garlands will brighten up the facility, creating an atmosphere that’s a little different from the usual Chikawa Park.
