An animation themed around “Evil★Twin” will be featured in “Yu-Gi-Oh! CARD GAME THE CHRONICLES,” a promotional short anime series for the Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG. It will premiere in January 2027 and consist of a total of three episodes.

The released visual depicts the two members of Evil★Twin standing side by side against a backdrop of a nighttime cityscape. With neon-lit skyscrapers and silhouettes of light floating above them, the composition offers one of the most urban-themed visuals in the series.

What is Yu-Gi-Oh! Chronicles?

“Yu-Gi-Oh! CARD GAME THE CHRONICLES” is a promotional short anime series that brings to life the stories embedded in Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG cards. It has been released monthly on the Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG YouTube channel since April 2025.
The series is produced in segments of several episodes per card theme, and so far, four themes have been released: “Blade Princess,” “The Tale of White,” “Spirit Sorcerer,” and “Magistos.”

Subtitles are also supported, with options available in English, Korean, and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional). You can select the subtitle language in the player settings.

“Yu-Gi-Oh! Chronicles: The Devil of the Sin Treasure Hunt” is now streaming

The “Devil of the Sin Treasure Hunt” arc was released prior to the “Evil★Twin” arc. It aired from August through December 2026, with Episode 1, “The Black Witch Diabelster,” premiering on August 21, 2026.

Synopsis of the “Demon of Sin Treasure Hunting” Arc

“Sin Treasures” are cursed objects that bring calamity in exchange for powerful abilities. They are materialized forms of souls tainted by human sin that have been extracted by demons; though beautiful in appearance, they are considered “Fruit of Sin.”
The witch “Diabelstar,” known by the alias “Sin Treasure Hunter,” visits a certain temple following a strange rumor. After defeating the approaching monsters, including “Snake Eye,” and reaching the deepest part of the temple, she is confronted by the embodiment of a Sin Treasure , the “Flame Dragon of the Evil Eye.” Diabelster herself wielded the power of a Sin Treasure to defeat the giant dragon, but just as she was about to claim her spoils—the “Sin Treasure of Rebellion: Snake Eye”—an unexpected object burst out from within it.
