The event will be held at MEDICOS SHOP Shinjuku from October 17 to October 29, 2026, featuring the sale of new merchandise featuring illustrations from the original work and its manga adaptation, as well as the distribution of special bookmark-style cards (4 varieties in total).

Details on the “Welcome to NHK! 25th Anniversary: Misaki Nakahara POP UP SHOP”
“Welcome to NHK!”, based on the novel by Tatsuhiko Takimoto and adapted into a manga by Kenji Oiwa, will celebrate its 25th anniversary with the “Misaki Nakahara POP UP SHOP,” taking place from October 17 to October 29, 2026, at MEDICOS SHOP Shinjuku.
In addition to selling new merchandise featuring illustrations from the original novel and manga adaptation, the event will also distribute special bookmark-style cards (4 varieties in total).

Items featuring illustrations from the manga adaptation include “Mini Acrylic Dioramas” based on scenes from the story, as well as the “Clear Card Collection” and “Acrylic Block Collection,” along with “Acrylic Stands,” “Pin Badge Collection,” and “T-shirts.” For blind-box items, you can collect the entire set with just one box, provided the packaging remains unopened.

Purchases are limited to 5 items per type per person per transaction (up to 5 boxes per type for box sets). For blind-packaged items, you may purchase up to 5 boxes per type for box sets, or up to 5 items per type for individual items. These restrictions may be changed or lifted depending on sales conditions.

During the campaign period, for every 1,000 yen (tax included) spent on “Welcome to NHK!” merchandise, you’ll receive one “bookmark-style card” (4 designs total) will be presented as a bonus. Designs cannot be selected, and this offer ends when supplies run out.
On the first day, October 17, admission will be by random draw
To alleviate crowding, a shuffled lottery admission system will be implemented on the first day, October 17, 2026. Numbered tickets will be distributed in front of MEDICOS SHOP Shinjuku from 10:30 to 10:40, and and the admission order will be announced around 11:00 a.m. on X “MEDICOS Entertainment_General.” Admission for the first time slot begins at 11:15 a.m.
Since admission is not on a first-come, first-served basis, there is no advantage to lining up before the numbered ticket distribution time. Each numbered ticket allows for one entry and one transaction; after all ticket holders have entered, admission will be open to the general public. Please note that admission may be limited on days other than the designated date as well.
Additionally, visitors are asked to refrain from coming in cosplay or attire that could be perceived as cosplay.
Post-event online sales will also be available at the MEDICOS ONLINE SHOP
Items sold at the POP UP SHOP will be available for purchase via the MEDICOS ONLINE SHOP starting at noon on October 30, 2026. The post-event online sale will also include a bonus bookmark-style card.
The order period runs from October 30 to November 17, 2026. Since this is a pre-order sale, you are guaranteed to receive your items if you place an order during this period. Please note that random-selection items are available only in box sets, and one box contains all varieties.
