The “VIVANT × Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store Pop-Up Store & Special Exhibition,” a collaboration between the TBS Sunday Theater series “VIVANT” and Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store, will be held from October 7 to October 20, 2026, in the Central Hall on the 1st floor of the Main Building at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store.

In addition to selling original collaboration merchandise created by Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store and “VIVANT,” the venue will feature a special exhibition of items used in the drama, as well as a photo spot in front of the Magokoro (Heavenly Maiden) statue!
Throughout the event, Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi will host “VIVANT”-themed activities throughout the store, including in-store announcements and pipe organ performances.

A photo spot has been set up to recreate the iconic scene where Nogi and Nozaki meet in front of the Statue of the Celestial Maiden (Magokoro)! Visitors can pose as the two characters and take photos.

“Drum Greeting” at the Mitsukoshi Theater

As a special event to commemorate the opening, a “Drum Greeting” session will be held at the Mitsukoshi Theater, where visitors can have their photos taken with a drum on stage. The photo sessions will take place three times on October 14 at 12:30 PM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM, with approximately 80 groups scheduled for each session. The venue is the Mitsukoshi Theater on the 6th floor of the Main Building.

To participate, you must apply via the dedicated webpage during the application period, be selected in a lottery, and then purchase “VIVANT” merchandise totaling at least 2,000 yen (including tax) at the Central Hall on the 1st floor of the Main Building between October 7 and the day of your photo session. If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity for a session, participants will be selected by lottery; it is not on a first-come, first-served basis.

Regardless of whether you applied, you can watch the photo session from the Mitsukoshi Theater. Depending on crowd conditions on the day of the event, entry to the Mitsukoshi Theater may be restricted.

In-Store Announcements via Drums and Pipe Organ Performances

From October 7 through October 20, Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi will feature in-store announcements performed on drums—a highlight of the drama—as well as pipe organ performances.

In addition, the theme song for the Sunday Drama “VIVANT” will be performed on the pipe organ installed in the Central Hall. Performances will take place daily from October 9–11 and October 16–18 at 12:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM.


VIVANT Filming Locations Stamp Rally

From October 7 to October 20, the first 1,000 people to collect stamps at the Kanda Myojin and Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store venues will receive an “Original Clear File Commemorating Filming Cooperation for ‘VIVANT.’”

To collect stamps, you must make a purchase at each venue during the event period. Participation is limited to once per person. Supplies are limited, and the event will end once they run out. Please check with staff at each venue for details.
