The five items available for customization in-store are the Basic T-shirt, Kids’ Basic T-shirt, Sweatshirt, Tote Bag, and Mini Tote Bag.

Can you create a design using only two characters?

You can create them, but you cannot place an order. Character stamps must consist of either 1 or 3 or more characters. Since the system does not support creating designs that combine 1 character and 1 motif, please use 2 or more motifs or 3 or more characters.

Can I have a design I created online printed at a store?

No, you cannot. Designs saved in the "My Page" section of the UTme! online store or the UTme! app cannot be printed in-store. If you wish to print in-store, please save the design you want to use to your smartphone and bring it with you. We cannot print from data stored on USB drives or SD cards.

Can you hold an item for me?

We are unable to do that. We do not accept requests to hold items or order them from other locations. Since the products we carry, size selections, and inventory vary by store, we recommend contacting each store before visiting.
