A pop-up shop for the TV anime “PSYRAEN -Siren-,” based on the original work by Toshiaki Iwashiro, is coming!

From October 15 to October 27, 2026, MEDICOS SHOP Shinjuku will host an event featuring merchandise based on newly drawn illustrations themed around “Training,” the distribution of bonus clear cards, and an exhibition of life-size panels.

Details of the “PSYЯEN -Siren- POP UP SHOP”

A pop-up shop for the TV anime “PSYЯEN -Siren-,” based on the original work by Toshiaki Iwashiro, will be held at MEDICOS SHOP Shinjuku (Shinjuku Marui Annex 2F) from October 15 to October 27, 2026.

A new, original illustration themed around “Training” has been created specifically for this event. At the venue, new merchandise featuring this illustration will be sold, and bonus clear cards (10 varieties in total) will be distributed. Additionally, a life-size panel featuring the same illustration will be on display.

BIG acrylic stands, acrylic dioramas, and more are now available!

The merchandise lineup—featuring newly drawn illustrations—includes BIG acrylic stands, acrylic dioramas, a pin badge collection, and an acrylic keychain collection. The BIG acrylic stands come in five varieties: Agheha Yozaka, Sakurako Amamiya, Hiryu Asakawa, Oboro Mochizuki, and Kabuto Kirisaki, with sizes varying by character.

The acrylic diorama is a single-item design that can be displayed either flat or assembled. Additionally, a photo-gray-style card collection (2 cards per pack) and an acrylic name badge collection featuring the characters’ names are also available!

Illustrated Card Sets and Daily Tote Bags Are Now Available!

The illustration card set, featuring newly drawn artwork, comes in one design with six cards per set. A mini photo card collection (7 designs total), with two cards per pack, is also available. Plus, a pouch and a daily tote bag are also available!

Venue-exclusive OSMO stamps are here!

During the event, venue-exclusive, newly illustrated “OSMO stamps” will be on sale. This service allows you to purchase a stamp cartridge, select a design on a dedicated touchscreen terminal set up at the venue, and create your own original stamp on the spot.

The price is 1,210 yen (tax included), and the ink is black. You must create the stamp yourself using the dedicated terminals at the venue during the event period; no support will be provided after the event ends.

Receive a bonus clear card (10 varieties total) for every 1,000 yen spent

During the campaign period, for every 1,000 yen (tax included) spent on merchandise related to the TV anime “PSYЯEN -Siren-,” you will receive one random bonus clear card (10 varieties total) featuring an original illustration. Designs cannot be selected, and the promotion ends when supplies run out.

[Event Venue Exclusive] Life-Size Panel Giveaway Campaign

Exclusively for on-site shoppers, we are holding a campaign where a total of 5 winners will be selected by lottery to receive life-size panels (5 types total) featuring original illustrations displayed at the venue. During the campaign period, for every 10,000 yen (tax included) spent on related merchandise at the venue, you will receive one entry ticket, and you can choose your preferred character.

The entry period runs from October 15, 2026, through October 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Receipts cannot be combined, and the announcement of winners will be substituted by the shipment of prizes. Entry is limited to residents of Japan, and items purchased through post-event online sales are not eligible.

Shuffle Lottery Admission on the First Day
To alleviate crowding, a shuffled lottery admission system will be in effect on the first day, October 15, 2026. Numbered tickets will be distributed in front of the MEDICOS SHOP Shinjuku from 11:00 to 11:10; since admission is not on a first-come, first-served basis, there is no advantage to lining up before the distribution time.

The admission order will be announced around 11:30 via X “MEDICOS Entertainment_General,” and admission for the first time slot begins at 11:45. Each numbered ticket allows for one entry and one transaction; once admission via numbered tickets ends, the event will switch to open admission.

The purchase limit is up to 5 items per type per transaction (up to 5 boxes per type for box sets), and for random-select items sold individually, you may purchase up to 5 units per type. Please note that visitors are asked to refrain from coming to the store in cosplay or attire that could be perceived as cosplay.

Post-event online sales begin October 28 at the MEDICOS ONLINE SHOP

Items sold at the POP-UP SHOP will be available for post-event online purchase at the MEDICOS ONLINE SHOP from noon on October 28, 2026, through November 10. Bonus clear cards will also be included with these post-event online orders.

Since this is a made-to-order sale, placing a pre-order during the period guarantees delivery. Random items are sold only in boxes, and each box contains all available varieties.
