Emiko Miyamoto, who was in charge of character design for this film, noted that power-up forms tend to become more opulent and imposing with added embellishments. However, in line with the theme of “taking a step forward,” she wanted to express the idea of moving lightly one step ahead from where she had been standing still, so she deliberately opted for a minimalist, streamlined design.

Additionally, new stills have been released showing the four Detective PreCure members in their new, powered-up forms, spreading their arms as if to embrace the audience!
