A collaboration café titled “Retro MIX,” based on the TV anime “MAO”—adapted from Rumiko Takahashi’s manga—will be held at Shibari CAFE in Yurakucho, Tokyo, starting November 3, 2026, and in Nagoya, Aichi, starting November 7, 2026. Both events will run through November 15.
The café will feature illustrations of five mini-characters, including Mao, along with a lineup of collaboration menu items and original merchandise inspired by the characters.

MAO × ShireCAFE [Retro MIX] Event Overview
A collaboration café featuring the TV anime “MAO” and ShireCAFE will be held at two locations in Tokyo and Aichi. Illustrations depicting the five members of MAO—Mao, Nanaha, Otoya, Hyakka, and Kamon—depicted as mini-characters in retro outfits blending Japanese and Western styles.

Reservations are accepted via LivePocket. The first round of applications is by lottery; the second round, following the announcement of results, is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once the maximum number of reservations is reached.
