The “Machikado Mazoku” Yuko Birthday 2026 POP UP SHOP will be held at MEDICOS SHOP Shinjuku (Shinjuku Marui Annex, 6F)!

To commemorate Shamiko’s birthday on September 28, an original birthday illustration by Izumo Ito will be unveiled. At the venue, new merchandise featuring the original illustration will be on sale, and bonus mini-cards (4 varieties total) will be distributed.

Additionally, a life-size panel featuring the same illustration will be on display, and a giveaway campaign will be held.

New merchandise featuring an original birthday illustration will be on sale at the event. The lineup ranges from affordable items like BIG acrylic stands in two sizes and acrylic keychains to B2 tapestries, life-size tapestries, and a collection book that includes a set of pin badges and acrylic cards.

The purchase limit is up to 5 items per type per person per transaction (up to 5 boxes per type for box sets). For random-selection items, you may purchase up to 5 boxes per type if buying by the box, or up to 5 units per type if buying individually. Please note that purchase limits may be subject to change depending on sales conditions, and restrictions may be lifted without prior notice.

During the campaign period, for every 1,000 yen (tax included) spent on “Machikado Mazoku” merchandise, you will receive one random bonus mini-card (4 varieties total). Designs cannot be selected, and the promotion will end when supplies run out.

[Venue-Exclusive] Life-Size Panel Giveaway Campaign

We are holding a campaign where one lucky winner will be selected via lottery to receive a life-size panel (1 design total) featuring an original birthday illustration displayed at this event. This is a venue-exclusive event; items purchased through post-event online sales are not eligible.

How to Participate & Entry Period

During the event period, for every 5,000 yen (tax included) spent on “Machikado Mazoku” merchandise at the venue, you will receive one entry ticket. If you spend a total of 10,000 yen (tax included) on merchandise, you will receive two entry tickets; receipts cannot be combined.

As this is a display item, it may have scratches, dents, or stains. Medicos Entertainment will cover the shipping costs for the prizes, and entry is limited to residents of Japan. Furthermore, these prizes may not be resold or transferred to others under any circumstances.

Post-event online sales will begin at noon on Wednesday, September 30

Items sold at the “Machikado Mazoku” Yuko Birthday 2026 POP UP SHOP will be available for purchase via the MEDICOS ONLINE SHOP starting at noon on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. A bonus mini-card will also be included with these post-event sales.

Blind-box items are sold exclusively by the box; individual cards are not available. Each box contains all varieties. Post-event online sales are made-to-order rather than limited-quantity, first-come, first-served sales, so if you pre-order during the period, you are guaranteed to receive your items.

Admission Procedures and Precautions for Attendees

Free admission is planned for all dates. Depending on crowd levels, admission may be restricted through the distribution of numbered tickets; if restrictions are implemented, announcements will be made via X “Medicos Entertainment_General” (@medicos_et_02).

Please note that attendees are asked to refrain from coming in cosplay or attire that could be perceived as cosplay; entry may be denied if your attire is deemed to fall into this category.
