Ricorico: Senzoku & Takina’s “Japanese Modern” Version—Newly Illustrated Merchandise Now Available for Post-Event Purchase

Limited-edition merchandise from the wildly popular anime “Licorice Recoil (Ricorico)”—produced by A-1 Pictures and based on an original concept by Asaura—which was initially sold exclusively at a pop-up store, is now available for pre-order for later online purchase!
It is scheduled for release by KADOKAWA in December 2026.

The merchandise features newly drawn visuals of Chizuku Nishikigi and Takina Inoue dressed in modern Japanese-style outfits, as well as cute “Niten-go” illustrations depicting the characters in chibi form.

A wide variety of items will be available, including acrylic stands, pin badges, tapestries, and social media-style keychains.

The lineup includes all nine characters (including mini-characters): Chizuku Nishikigi, Takina Inoue, Mizuki Nakahara, Kurumi, Mika, Fuki Harukawa, Sakura Otome, Majima, and Robota.

The merchandise is available on the collaboration café’s online store, “Anime Store.JP (Anist),” is currently accepting pre-orders until October 10, 2026!

Captivated by their radiant kimono looks—Limited-edition “Riko Riko” merchandise featuring Chisaku & Takina in a modern Japanese style

Chisaku wears a vibrant yagasuri-patterned two-shaku-sleeve kimono paired with hakama, holding a folding fan and flashing an innocent smile.
Takina stands chic and elegant, clad in a kimono featuring large camellia blossoms on a deep navy background and holding a vermilion Japanese umbrella.

Not only do their poses contrast, but the color contrast—where their top and bottom garments echo each other’s signature colors—is striking. This further enhances the beauty of the two as they stand side by side in their modern attire.
