Details of the Jack Jeanne Exhibition

An exhibition commemorating the 5th anniversary of the game “Jack Jeanne” will be held sequentially at two venues: Yurakucho Marui and Hakata Marui.

In addition to exhibits looking back on the game’s history, some of the valuable game production materials previously displayed at the “Sui Ishida Exhibition” held in 2021 will be on display again!

Jack Jeanne Exhibition Tickets

There are two types of tickets: general admission and admission tickets that include an acrylic diorama.

General ticket sales for the Yurakucho Marui venue began on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., while sales for the Hakata Marui venue will begin on Saturday, October 3, at 10:00 a.m.

*General sales are on a first-come, first-served basis. You may purchase up to two tickets per application.
*Same-day tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis at the venue ticket window on the day of the event. Tickets may sell out depending on the date.
* Transferring or reselling tickets for this event is prohibited.
* Admission is free for preschool-aged children, but they will not receive the admission gift.
* Re-entry is not permitted.

Jack Jeanne Exhibition Admission Gifts

The admission gifts differ between the first and second halves of the exhibition at each venue.

During the first half, guests will receive a welcome message card featuring an original illustration by Shin Towada; during the second half, they will receive an anniversary visual card. One card will be distributed at random for each half.

*Admission gifts are exclusive to in-person visitors and will be handed out at check-in. They cannot be provided at a later date.
*There are no changes to the exhibition content between the first and second periods.

Jack Jeanne Exhibition Merchandise

A lineup of 17 items, including event-exclusive and online-exclusive merchandise, will be available.

The selection ranges from giclée prints autographed by Sui Ishida to trading cards, apparel, and accessories.

Three types of capsule toys will also be available for purchase at the venue’s cash register.

In particular, the Lawson Print campaign is linked to the exhibition: if you bring a purchased bromide photo with you when you enter, you’ll receive an additional entry bonus.

The Yurakucho Marui exhibition runs from Friday, October 9, 2026, to Sunday, October 25, 2026, and the Hakata Marui exhibition runs from Friday, November 13, to Sunday, November 29.

General admission tickets are 2,000 yen (tax included) in advance and 2,500 yen (tax included) at the door. General ticket sales for the Yurakucho Marui location will be accepted from 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 5, 2026, until 11:59 PM on Thursday, October 8, 2026.

Will I receive an admission gift?

It will be distributed at the reception desk upon arrival. However, the contents differ between the first and second phases: during the first phase, you’ll receive a welcome message card (one of 7 random designs), while the second half features an anniversary visual card (1 of 5 types, chosen at random).

What kinds of merchandise will be on sale?
