“IdentityV” × Yokohama City Collaboration Event Overview

A collaboration event between “IdentityV,” an asymmetrical multiplayer game developed by NetEase Games’ Joker Studio, and the City of Yokohama will be held.

The series name is the “IDV-ES Series.” The theme is “esports,” and the event will feature newly drawn illustrations of characters dressed in superhero team costumes.

The café and merchandise booths are located at separate venues. The café is on the 5th floor of Landmark Plaza, and the main merchandise venue is on the 5th floor of MARK IS Minato Mirai, so so please be mindful of this when visiting.

The café menu and merchandise will rotate in three phases. September 30 is the only day when will be served.

Identity V × Yokohama City Collaboration Menu

The collaboration menu is divided into three phases based on the period. The menu rotates in the order of the BLK Squad, OPH Squad, and SRE Squad.

Prices are the same for all periods: drinks are 990 yen (tax included) for dine-in and 972 yen (tax included) for takeout; food items are 1,870 yen (tax included); and desserts are 1,650 yen (tax included).

How to Make a Reservation for the Identity V × Yokohama City Collaboration Café

Advance reservations are recommended for the café. While walk-ins are welcome if seats are available on the day of your visit, please note that some time slots may be fully booked by reservations.

Reservation acceptance dates vary by period.

Each session lasts 75 minutes and operates on a strict rotation system. Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time; the last entry is 10 minutes after your reservation time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled.

There are also conditions for ordering. Each person must order one collaboration drink and one collaboration food item or dessert— —a total of at least two items. Collaboration food and desserts can only be ordered as part of your first order.

* We cannot accept any refunds for changes to the date, time, or number of guests after a reservation has been made, nor for reservation cancellations. *Children in elementary school or younger may only enter the café when accompanied by a parent or guardian. *Merchandise purchases are limited to café patrons only. *To help alleviate crowding, merchandise purchases are limited to after you have settled your café bill.

September Birthday & Anniversary Plates

Priced at 1,650 yen (tax included). This plate features apple chiboust, chestnut roll cake, whipped cream, candied chestnuts, apple chips, caramel sauce, chervil, and powdered sugar.

It will be available from September 4 to September 28, 2026. As a special bonus with your order, you’ll receive an L-size character photo card (featuring a different character for each distribution period) and a food pick.

One-Day Store Manager’s Special Menu

The Teriyaki Burger Plate will be available for 1,650 yen (tax included). The set includes a teriyaki burger (bun, hamburger patty, tomato, lettuce, teriyaki sauce) served with fries and ketchup.

For every “One-Day Store Manager” menu item ordered, you will receive one 2L-size bromide photo.

On select dates during the event period, cosplayers will be making the rounds inside the store. When you order the “One-Day Store Manager” menu item, the cosplayer will hand you a special gift.

The OPH Sentai series will be available from September 19 through September 30, and the SRE Squad will be available from September 30 and October 2 through October 18. The product lineup is the same as the BLK Squad’s, but the SRE Squad has fewer items: 8 random merchandise types and 4 types of decals and badges.

Merchandise Sold at the Café

At the café venue, merchandise featuring game artwork will be sold, as well as items featuring newly drawn illustrations of characters celebrating birthdays or anniversaries in September and October.

Café merchandise is available exclusively to café patrons. Purchases can only be made after settling your bill at the café.

Please note that merchandise sold at the café is scheduled to be available for purchase online after the event concludes. Details regarding the sales period and other information will be announced at a later date.

As the merchandise venue is expected to be crowded on the first day, entry will be restricted using numbered tickets.

There is a purchase limit on merchandise.

For random items, you may purchase up to 3 sets and 20 individual items.
