Hello Kitty “Hello Kitty’s Lounge” Merchandise

At the venue, we’ll be selling items from the “Sanrio Closet Collection” fashion series and the “Favorite Designs Series,” commemorating Hello Kitty’s birthday on November 1!

The Favorite Design Series goes on sale October 29, but will be available for pre-sale at the venue starting October 28.

Sanrio Closet Collection

A series that lets you enjoy fashion with Kitty by choosing the look you want to be or outfits you’d like to try from a variety of fashion styles!

Featuring designs ranging from casual looks to those you’ve always dreamed of, including a mascot holder with movable arms and legs.

*Since the Secret Bangs Clips come in blind packaging, you cannot choose the design.
*They will go on sale starting Friday, October 16 at Sanrio-operated stores, Sanrio corners in department stores, the Sanrio Online Shop, and other locations.

Hello Kitty’s Favorite Designs Series

This series features Kitty’s favorite “pink ribbon” motif and includes a birthday doll in a dress, plush toys, four types of keychain holders, and a mug!

Starting October 16, the “feat. Sanrio closet collection” will also be available, featuring wallpapers with designs exclusive to Sanrio shops.

Hello Kitty “Hello Kitty’s Lounge” FAQs

When is “Hello Kitty’s Lounge” taking place?

The event will be held from Wednesday, October 28, 2026, through Sunday, November 8, 2026, at Space O on the B3F of the Omotesando Hills Main Building. Hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (last entry at 7:30 PM), except on October 28, when hours are 4:00 PM–8:00 PM.

Is a reservation required?

Priority is given to advance reservations, which can be made through Hello Kitty’s official LINE account. If there is availability on the day of your visit, you may enter without a reservation; however, entry is not permitted if the event is fully booked. On October 28, admission is limited to those with advance reservations only.

What kinds of experiences are available?

You can create your own background music by selecting your favorite sounds, customize an original scrunchie by choosing a ribbon, take photos in a studio with ribbon-adorned backdrops, and visit photo spots where you can take pictures with Hello Kitty.

Are there any perks for purchasing merchandise?

If you make a purchase at the venue, you’ll receive an original shopping bag and an original sticker. You can receive up to one of each per transaction, and quantities are limited.
