As the second installment of the collaboration between Kanro’s “Pure Gummy” and Sanrio’s popular character “Hello Kitty,” “Pure Gummy × Hello Kitty Apple Soda Flavor” will go on sale nationwide starting October 27, 2026. Following the first collaboration released in 2025, this new product features improvements in flavor, gummy texture, and packaging.
Sweet-and-sour apple soda flavor! Dear Daniel and Mimi-shaped gummies have joined the lineup
The flavor combines apple with a soda note for a sweet-and-sour, refreshing taste. In addition to the classic heart-shaped “Pure Gummy” pieces, the package randomly includes Hello Kitty, ribbon, and apple-shaped gummies.
Plus, this time, gummy pieces shaped like Hello Kitty’s boyfriend “Dear Daniel” and her little sister “Mimi” have joined the lineup! You never know which gummy pieces you’ll find—the packaging is packed with the magic of the Hello Kitty world.
There are 5 colorful package designs in total
A total of five colorful packaging designs, inspired by cute and colorful goods, are now available! In addition to Mimi, Hello Kitty’s younger sister who appeared in the first series, the designs also feature her boyfriend, Dear Daniel, and her friend, Tiny Chum—all showcasing Hello Kitty’s expressive charm.
The “HELLO TOKIMEKI” campaign is also underway!

For five days leading up to the release—from October 21 to October 25—a countdown campaign will be held featuring a different original GIF video each day, themed around the story behind the package design. October 27, the release date, is the birthday of Hello Kitty’s friend, “Tiny Chum.” From October 27 through October 31, a photo submission campaign will be held: participants who take a photo of the eligible products (Hello Kitty and Tiny Chum) and post it with the designated hashtag will be entered into a drawing to win a set of five Pure Gummy flavors and an original glass.
