From October 10 to November 12, 2026, HANDS stores and the online store will offer original merchandise exclusive to HANDS featuring newly illustrated artwork. Additionally, there will be giveaways and a Hangyodon photo session at the HANDS Shinjuku store.

Details of “HANDS × HANGYODON”
HANDS Co., Ltd. will launch “HANDS × HANGYODON,” a special collaboration project with Sanrio’s popular character “Hangyodon,” at all HANDS stores and its online store starting October 10, 2026.
This campaign commemorates HANDS’ 50th anniversary in August 2026 and will feature the sale of original merchandise featuring exclusive, newly illustrated visuals, as well as limited-edition shopping bags, limited-quantity promotional items, in-store background music, and a Hangyodon appearance event at the HANDS Shinjuku store.

In this special collaborative visual created to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Hands’ founding, Hangyodon—dressed up in a bow tie—and his friend “Itaro,” wearing spiral-patterned glasses and a party hat, pop out.
The design features a playful arrangement of “HANDS 50th” logo-adorned decorative cakes, crackers, and small accessories like stars and ribbons. The visual is packed with thoughtful details, such as several “Naruto” fish cakes—Hangyodon’s favorite treat—mixed in among the confetti.

Die-Cut Drawstring Bags & Eco-Bags
The “Die-Cut Drawstring Pouch” is a soft, fluffy pouch featuring a three-dimensional die-cut design of Hangyodong’s face, making it ideal for storing cosmetics and small items.
The “Wide-Gusseted Eco-Bag” is a mint-green eco-bag featuring an all-over design inspired by anniversaries, such as cakes and balloons. Its wide gusset allows for stable storage of lunch boxes and groceries, and it comes with a storage pouch for compact portability.
Acrylic Keychains
The “Tururun Acrylic Keychains” feature a resin finish on the surface that gives them a plump, glossy look and a three-dimensional feel.

The “Unidentified Flying Bookmark” is a unique bookmark that makes it look like a UFO is floating above the cover when the book is closed, and when the book is opened, a beam of light emitted from the UFO highlights the next line to read; the design features Hangyodon depicted within the beam.
“Mini Stickers” are petite clear stickers featuring Hangyodon popping out of a gift box, as well as cute scenes of him with his friends “Sayuri” and “Itaro.”
Limited-Edition Original Shopping Bag
At all Hands stores, original shopping bags featuring a limited-edition design based on the key visual will go on sale starting October 3 for 25 yen (tax included) starting October 3.
Due to limited quantities, the offer will end once supplies run out. Customers are asked to refrain from purchasing the shopping bags on their own.
Limited-Quantity Promotional Item
From October 10 through November 12, customers who purchase eligible products totaling 2,000 yen or more (including tax) will receive one Hangyodong sticker featuring an original design inspired by the Hands logo.

Exclusive to HANDS Shinjuku Store: Take a Photo with Hangyodon
To commemorate the collaboration, Hangyodon will visit the Hands Shinjuku Store on October 17 for an event where you can take photos with him. This event also celebrates both Hands’ 50th anniversary and the Shinjuku Store’s 30th anniversary.
Participation is limited to full members of the Hands Club app, and requires purchasing 3,000 yen or more (including tax) of eligible Hangyodong POPUP merchandise at the Shinjuku store on the day of the event. To help manage crowds, participation will be determined by an online lottery. The application period runs from 10:00 AM on October 3, 2026, to 11:55 PM on October 12, 2026.
