A collaboration between the anime “Haikyū!!” and “Yakiniku Reimen Yamanaka-ya” will take place from September 1 to September 30, 2026, at all 41 locations.
Takanobu Aone and Kenji Futaguchi, who have been appointed as 2026 Sendai Tourism Ambassadors, enjoying yakiniku at Yamanaka-ya.
The store-exclusive collaboration menu features five items themed after the four Miyagi schools—Karasuno, Aoba Josai, Date Technical High School, and Shiratorizawa Academy—and customers will receive one of 16 original random stickers with every dish ordered.
Additionally, original merchandise featuring the newly drawn visuals will be available, including the “500g Sendai Beef Tongue” set with 5 laminated cards, as well as a B2-sized fabric poster and a yakiniku apron.
Since the sticker designs will rotate between the first and second halves of the campaign, customers should check the timing of their visit if they’re aiming for a specific high school design.

“Haikyu!!” × “Yakiniku Reimen Yamanaka-ya” Collaboration Announced!
A collaboration between the anime “Haikyu!!” and the Tohoku-based yakiniku chain “Yakiniku Reimen Yamanaka-ya” is set to take place.
The event will run from September 1 to September 30, 2026, and will be held at all Yakiniku Reimen Yamanaka-ya locations (41 stores in total).
A new visual has been released, featuring Takanobu Aone and Kenji Futaguchi—who were appointed as the 2026 “Sendai Tourism Ambassadors”—enjoying yakiniku at Yamanaka-ya.
The event will feature four main components: store-exclusive collaboration menus; original random stickers as a bonus for ordering; takeout and online shop-exclusive menus; and the sale of original merchandise .

A limited-time lineup of five collaboration menu items will be available.
In addition to the “Miyagi 4 Schools Menu,” themed after the four Miyagi schools—Karasuno, Aoba Josai, Date Technical High School, and Shiratorizawa Academy—a menu item will be offered that comes with an original postcard featuring Date Technical High School.
