What is “WIND BREAKER”?

“WIND BREAKER” is a delinquent manga currently serialized by Niisatoru.
Sakura, a lonely delinquent high school student, transfers to Fūrin High School—renowned as a school for hardcore delinquents—with the goal of becoming the top fighter.
