Tickets are on sale now via Ticket Pia starting at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2026. There are two types of tickets: standard admission tickets and special bonus tickets that include merchandise. Each type is further divided into “Weekend and Holiday Date-Specific Tickets” and “Weekday Admission Tickets.”

Weekday admission tickets are not valid for entry on weekends or holidays. Weekday admission tickets are not date-and-time-specific; you may enter on any weekday during the event period. However, you cannot change a weekday admission ticket to a weekend or holiday date-and-time-specific ticket.

Weekend and holiday date-and-time-specific tickets do not follow a time-slot rotation system, but you must enter within the time specified on the ticket.

Cancellations or changes cannot be made after purchase. Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be reissued; if you forget or lose your ticket, you will not be admitted.

Detective Conan Exhibition Audio Guide

Audio guides are available at the venue. As you view the exhibits, you can hear the voices of characters such as Conan Edogawa, Kaito Kid, Tooru Amuro, Shuichi Akai, and Ai Haibara. The fee is 700 yen. Content is subject to change without notice.

Audio guides cannot be purchased separately at ticket outlets. Tickets for the audio guide only can be purchased at the venue entrance on the day of your visit. Since they cannot be purchased after entering the venue, please purchase them before entering if you wish to use this service.

The audio guide is a service you use on your own smartphone. Each person must bring their own smartphone and a pair of earbuds or headphones for listening.
