Details of the “All Aboard! Karapichi Express” event at Hakata Marui
A pre-sale of original merchandise from the “Colorful Peach” and “JR West Japan” collaboration event, “All Aboard! Karapichi Express: Ride the Sanyo Shinkansen! An Exciting Journey Visiting Stations to Meet Karapichi!”, will be held at the Hakata Marui 5th Floor Event Space.
The event runs from October 9 to October 18, 2026, with hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (last entry at 6:30 PM). In addition to original merchandise from the “3rd JR West Collaboration,” campaign merchandise will also be available for purchase at the venue.
Business hours differ from those of the Hakata Marui store.

Purchase Limits
Purchase limits apply per customer per transaction. For trading items, the limit for the 3rd Series JR West Japan Collaboration Goods is up to the number of individual varieties plus one set (up to 11 individual pin badges and 22 individual cards). and for the collaboration common merchandise, up to 11 individual items plus 1 set.
For open merchandise, up to 3 items per type (for member-specific items, up to 3 per member). Purchase limits are subject to change depending on circumstances.
Merchandise purchase bonus: Ticket-style cards (11 varieties total)
During the campaign period, for every 2,200 yen (tax included) spent on the 3rd JR West Japan Collaboration Original Merchandise or campaign merchandise, you will receive one random “ticket-style card” (11 varieties total) will be given as a gift.
You cannot choose the design. Eligibility is based on the total amount per transaction; amounts from multiple transactions cannot be combined.
This promotion ends when supplies run out, and reselling the bonus items is prohibited.
Sanyo Shinkansen Ride Bonus Sticker
As part of a collaboration with JR West, passengers who ride on eligible Sanyo Shinkansen trains and present their EX ticket will receive a “sticker” (1 design available). The process involves booking a Sanyo Shinkansen trip via the EX Service (Express Reservation or Smart EX), riding the train, and then presenting your EX ticket or reservation confirmation email at the redemption location.

Redemption is valid on the day of travel and the following day (during business hours); however, on the final day, December 27, redemption is valid only on that day. Redemption is possible only after boarding the Shinkansen; redemption before boarding is not permitted.
Redemption is limited to one time per presentation of either the EX Ticket or the reservation confirmation email; multiple redemptions using both documents together are not permitted. The promotion will end once the benefits are exhausted, but distribution may resume if additional stock becomes available.

Related Event: An Entire Shinkansen Car Chartered for Private Use Will Run on October 3
As part of the “All Aboard! Karapichi Express” campaign, a “Karapichi Chartered Shinkansen”—featuring an entire car chartered exclusively for passengers—will run on October 3, 2026. JR Central will operate the service between Shin-Osaka and Tokyo, while JR East will operate the section between Sendai and Tokyo; the train will be filled with Karapichi-themed decorations even during the trip to K Arena.
