“Attack on Titan” began serialization on September 9, 2009, in the inaugural issue of Kodansha’s “Bessatsu Shonen Magazine.” It has now been registered as a commemorative day in honor of that serialization start date.

A special visual has been released to commemorate the designation of “Attack on Titan Day.”

The second part of the event is the release of commemorative merchandise. Starting September 9, 2026, special merchandise celebrating the establishment of “Attack on Titan Day” will be available at “Magazine Shop,” the first offline store for *Weekly Shonen Magazine*.
The highlight is a newly drawn illustration by author Hajime Isayama. It depicts Eren, Levi, and Erwin in formal attire—a look never seen before for the trio.
