“The Pointed Hat Atelier” Store Opens at 6 Loft Locations Starting September 5!

A pop-up store for the TV anime “Atelier of the Pointed Hat” has been announced! Starting at Kichijoji Loft on Saturday, September 5, 2026, it will tour six Loft locations nationwide!
An original illustration themed around a pajama party has been unveiled, featuring Coco, Keifree, and the rest of the cast all dressed in loungewear. Details regarding the merchandise lineup and purchase bonuses will be announced in a future update.

A pop-up shop celebrating the conclusion of Isaku Natsume’s *Amekiro Paradox* will open at MEDICOS SHOP Shibuya in Tokyo on Friday, September 4, 2026, and at Abeno Rakubus in Osaka on Friday, September 25! New merchandise, including acrylic stands and canvas art featuring original illustrations based on the “Garden Party” theme, will be available. For every 1,000 yen (tax included) spent on related merchandise, customers will receive one random bonus mini-card (6 varieties total).

The movie “Slam Dunk” is set to be released nationwide from March 20 to April 1, 2027!

It has been announced that the movie *THE FIRST SLAM DUNK* will be screened nationwide under the title “THE FIRST SLAM DUNK 2027 in cinema” from Saturday, March 20, 2027, through Thursday, April 1, 2027.
The tagline is “Spring. The season of new beginnings. That summer is coming back.” Details regarding screening theaters and other information will be announced on the official website as soon as they are finalized.

“Tokyo Revengers: The Three-Day War Arc” Begins Airing and Streaming on October 2!

The latest arc of the TV anime “Tokyo Revengers,” based on the popular manga by Ken Wakui, titled “The Three-Day War Arc,” will begin airing on October 2, 2026, on MBS, TBS, and other networks. Disney+ will exclusively stream the series worldwide every Friday at 2:00 a.m. starting on the same day. The opening theme song is “IGNITE” by JO1, and the ending theme song is “Trickster” by go!go!vanillas.

“Medalist: The Movie” Opens February 19, 2027! Movie Tickets Go on Sale September 4

It has been announced that the theatrical version of the anime “Medalist,” based on the popular manga by Tsuru Maikada, will open nationwide on Friday, February 19, 2027.
Pre-sale “Muvichike” tickets featuring newly drawn illustrations will go on sale at participating theaters for 1,600 yen (tax included) starting Friday, September 4, 2026. Additionally, reruns of the first and second seasons of the TV anime series have been scheduled to begin in October.

“OreGairu” × JR Tokai “Favorite Character Trip” Collaboration Starts September 18!

A collaboration between JR Central’s “Oshi-Tabi” campaign and *My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected*, commemorating the 15th anniversary of the original manga, will run from Friday, September 18, 2026, through Wednesday, March 31, 2027.
Exclusively on board the Tokaido Shinkansen, four original short stories written specifically for this event by the series’ creator, Wataru Watari, will be distributed. Original cards and clear files will also be available as special gifts for passengers.

Gourmandises will release the “Multi-Ring Plus with Clear Carabiner,” a “Pokémon” smartphone accessory, in early November 2026.
The set includes four designs: Ditto, Yadon, Litten (Alola Form), and Umbreon, each priced at 1,848 yen (tax included). Pre-orders are being accepted at Anime Store.JP (Anist) until Sunday, September 6, 2026.

The pop-up shop for the TV anime *My Favorite Child*, titled “~Donut Pop Time!~,” will be held at Akib@ko on the 5th floor of GiGO Akihabara Building 5 from Saturday, September 12, 2026, through Sunday, September 27, 2026!
Featuring the theme “Filming a Donut Commercial!”, the event will showcase acrylic stands and tapestries featuring original illustrations by I Ruby, Kana Arima, and Akane Kurokawa, featuring the theme “Filming a Donut Commercial!” Acrylic stands, tapestries, and Anisugar sweets will be available, and each of the GiGO, Anisugar Atre Akihabara, and Anisugar Nakano Base stores will offer their own exclusive store-specific bonuses.
